Hyunjoo is a designer and researcher crafting creative and playful kits and tools by integrating everyday materials with computing components. With a background in the arts, she admires how great artists have influenced our perspective of the world. Those impacts let us see differently and think actively about a diverse range of things, from social and political issues to daily objects around us. She holds the MET (Master of Entertainment Technology) from Carnegie Mellon University and MD (Master of Design) and BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) from Ewha Womans University in South Korea.
